We’ve had a lot of great feedback on how to make it easier to find events on OnlyinPgh, and we just rolled out an upgraded search layout to do just that!

As you can see, we replaced the search filter check boxes with buttons that search for each category. Now, when you hit one of the buttons, it’ll show you all the upcoming events in that category. When you click on another button, it’ll show only the events in that category — basically, each button lets you quickly and easily browse through all the great things happening here in Pittsburgh. Please note, though, that many events are listed in multiple categories, so don’t be surprised if you see some pop up more than once as you’re browsing the buttons.

As always, you’ll still be able to do a keyword and advanced date search to find the specific event you’re looking for!
